Baltimore Lutheran School site

The Baltimore Lutheran School site is accessed off a major artery (Cromwell Bridge Road), and Cowpens Avenue itself, is a much larger road than Whitaker Mill Road.  But worst of all is the shabby look it presents to the residential community it faces - belying the good-feeling face the applicants try to put on in their presentations.
